Forms of Payment:

Shipping:

We will make every effort to fill orders and ensure safe arrival as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, if not sooner. We use UPS, DHL and USPS to deliver all of our packages. Please allow 14-21 days from time of shipping, depending on geographical delivery location. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays. If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (i.e. UPS errors, inclement weather) will not warrant a refund of shipping charges. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.


 

Return Policy:

If any merchandise is damaged or broken due to shipping, please inform us within 10 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund. All other returns will be accepted in original, un-used condition within 30 days of shipment date. At this time, we do not pay for return shipping on non-damaged items. There will be a 6% re-stocking fee for returned non-damaged items. Customer service is our top priority.
